HMO Measured Survey
Want Accurate & Reliable Property Measurements?
Goodbye Manual Tape Measure. Hello Auto 3D Laser Camera
Reliable property measurements are the foundation of your HMO conversion plans.
Without correct measurements, you risk problems later during the planning and construction phases.
With HMO Room Size Regulation getting stringent by the year, being even a few centimetres off can make your HMO non-compliant and risk massive fines from the local Council/local authority.
Traditionally property measurements are done using a tape or laser measure.
These are prone to human error and while OK for Estate Agent floor plans, they don’t provide enough detail for a planning application or HMO Room Design.
A Measured Survey uses a sophisticated and highly automated 3D Laser Camera to capture millimetre level accurate property measurements. This makes sure you have Ultra Accurate measurements of your property in its current state.
Our expert team can take care of the full HMO development journey for you, from concept, planning & building control, through to construction.
HMO Architect offers many services to support you every step of the way, such as; a design consultation call, existing drawings, interior design, and lots more completed to the highest quality to suit your needs and ideas.
