After the Existing Drawings are done, our Architects can get to work in their creative studios and begin the Concept Phase. It typically takes around 3 weeks to produce.

It’s an iterative feedback process and we don’t stop until you’re entirely happy.

 

When Should I Get The Concept Drawings Done?

We always recommend getting concept drawings once you’ve purchased the property and finished with the Measured Survey and Existing Drawings.

Yes, the Measured Survey which is carried out prior to the Drawings includes a site visit.
