In order to maximise the number of bedrooms in this HMO project, it is required to extend the building, increasing the overall volume.

Working on HMO projects often includes developing mixed-use schemes. This property consists of converting a three-storey terraced building with a commercial unit on the ground floor and a 3 beds maisonette split between the 1st and 2nd floor into a 4 Beds HMO.
